Where does your company ship from?
We are located in Vaughan, Ontario Canada and all of our shipping is done from within Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within Canada and to the United States.

How long before my order ships?
If the item(s) your ordered is/are in stock, we normally ship same day or the next day. Please keep in mind that this may change during busy times.

What services do you ship with?
We currently get very good rates with UPS and Canada Post Regular Parcel. We are currently looking into providing other shipping alternatives.

Do you accept large quantity orders?
Yes, we can accommodate large order. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We do offer bulk discounts. Contact us for more information.

How do you prevent the acrylic from scratching during shipping?
We ship all acrylic pieces with the protective film. It should be removed and discarded when you are ready to use your piece.

My acrylic arrived scratched, now what?
Please contact us so we may correct the issue.

What is your refund / return policy.
We will gladly exchange / replace any item that you receive that is damaged. Although all sales are final, we do make exceptions in certain situations and provide a credit for use at a later date.

What methods of payment do you accept?
All payment methods are listed on the site. We also accept Interac E-Transfer within Canada only.

Do you offer custom laser cutting?
Yes, we can custom cut any of your designs. They will be subject to a set-up fee, which depends on the complexity of the cut.
